    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE WITH ME?

    If we have all of your order in stock, then we will be able to dispatch it to you within 7 working days. However, should we not have the necessary products in stock, the longest it will take will be three weeks. This is how long it takes our soap to cure, and be safe for wrapping. As soon as you have placed your order, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery date. But, if there are any abnormal delays with your order we will make sure to let you know.



    WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY

    In the unlikely event that your delivery arrives damaged or faulty we will immediately replace the goods. However, you must email kevin@coleandco.com or call us 01248 811391 within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.



    HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SPEND TO HAVE MY ORDER SENT CARRIAGE FREE?

    For all UK orders you need to spend £150. Any amount below this is based entirely on weight, which we will confirm with you before delivery.



    WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE TO ME?

    We ask that the first order is paid pro-forma, and from then we can offer a 30 day payment account.



    DO YOU SUPPLY STORES OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

    Yes we can, however we have to charge shipping at cost. Your delivery charge is worked out based on the weight, which we will confirm with you at the point of ordering along with the necessary customs duty.



    DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

    Our prices exclude VAT, which will be added onto your invoice. Should you have any enquiries regarding the VAT, please don’t hesitate to email us at kevin@coleandco.com

    VAT rates are as of January 2011, and may vary with any changes in Government legislation
    HOW DO I ORDER?

    Once you have set up an account with us, you can log-in to our wholesale account and place an order online. If you prefer not to order online, you can either send an order to hannah@coleandco.com or by phone 02922 414719.



    I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AND FORGOTTEN SOMETHING, CAN I ADD IT?

    So long as your order has not been despatched yes you can add any item, but you will need to call us on 01248 811391 to add the item.



    DO YOU SUPPLY TESTERS WITH THE PRODUCTS?

    With your first order we will supply testers to go with the products that require it free of charge. Should you need any replacements, just ask with your next order and we'll make sure we send them out.



    IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SAMPLES BEFORE I ORDER?

    Once you have enquired to become a stockist, and have let us know what products you’re interested in, we can send you a small selection of samples to help with making your order. Should you need our sales manager to come and see you and take you through the products, please email hannah@coleandco.com and we will aim to make it happen.



    CAN YOU DO BESPOKE OR WHITE LABEL PRODUCTS?

    We love working with stockists to create bespoke products.
